DISTANCE SALES & ONLINE SERVICE AGREEMENT

Distance Service Agreement

This agreement is concluded electronically between Coach Yabo – Yassin Boulayoun (COACH YABO PT) and the user receiving the service.

Scope of the Service

The services provided include:

• Online one-on-one coaching

• Online group classes

• Digital content (videos, programs, guides, etc.)

Payment and Refund

• Service fees are stated on the website.

• For digital and online services, there is no right of withdrawal once the service has started.

• No refund is made if the user cancels at their own request.

User Obligations

The user is responsible for:

• Providing accurate information

• Using the services for personal use only

• Not sharing the services with third parties

Jurisdiction

In the event of disputes arising from this agreement, Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
