I am Yabo, a professional gymnastics coach with international experience. I grew up in the world of gymnastics from a very young age, achieved championships, and later took a step into coaching, where I had the opportunity to work with hundreds of students. By combining the knowledge I gained in Turkey and abroad with my education in sports sciences, I offer personalized training programs for individuals of all ages.
What makes my services different is that I prepare completely customized programs tailored to each student’s level, goals, and needs. Not only your athletic identity but also your daily quality of life, health, and motivation are important to me. GYMNASTICS
I offer one-on-one private gymnastics lessons for children and adults. ATHLETICS PERFORMANCE
Whether or not you have a sports background, I offer personalized training programs to take your performance to the next level. I help you train like an athlete by improving endurance, strength, speed, flexibility, and coordination. SPORTS HEALTH & REHABILITATION
Injuries, postural imbalances, or chronic pain can be significantly improved with the right exercise approach. Through sports health and rehabilitation practices, I strengthen your joint and muscular system to help reduce pain and minimize the risk of re-injury. CALISTENICS (Bodyweight Strength Training)
With the knowledge and experience I have as a gymnast, I make calisthenics training far more effective. In these bodyweight workouts, I base the training on the principles of balance, strength, and control applied in gymnastics. This way, I help you develop not only muscular strength but also coordination, flexibility, and body awareness.


FITNESS & CONDITIONING
I combine the discipline and scientific approach brought by my gymnastics background with the most effective methods in the fitness world. Through HIIT, Body Combat, TRX, and similar training styles, I help you improve both your endurance and overall conditioning. With high-intensity and dynamic workouts, I accelerate fat burning while also enhancing your strength, agility, and cardiovascular capacity.
HANDSTAND
With the experience I have gained over years in gymnastics, I help you learn the handstand safely and effectively. Whether you are trying it for the first time or aiming to progress to advanced variations, we develop your balance, strength, and body control step by step through proper techniques. These practices not only give you an aesthetic skill but also improve your upper body strength, core stability, and ability to focus.
FUNCTIONAL PİLATES
With my gymnastics background and knowledge of movement science, I apply Functional Pilates by combining body awareness, strength, and flexibility. Through these programs, I strengthen your core muscles, improve your posture, and help you move more controlled and balanced in daily life. I provide personalized approaches both to enhance your athletic performance and to reduce the risk of injury.
POWER YOGA (Gymnastics-Based, Strength-Focused Yoga)
I bring my gymnastics experience into Power Yoga, emphasizing strength and control in each movement. With this approach, I not only increase your flexibility but also enhance your body strength, balance, and core stability. Through personalized programs suitable for all levels, I help you advance your yoga practice in a more effective and safe way.

How are the lessons conducted?
My lessons are entirely one-on-one and customized to the participant’s level. We work with personal programs tailored to your goals.
How do you determine the training program?
Before starting a lesson package, I conduct an interview with the participant to assess their desires, expectations, and current condition. Professional evaluation tests are then applied, and a report is prepared within 1–3 days. Based on this report, we plan short-, medium-, and, if necessary, long-term training programs together with the student, aligned with their goals.
Where are the lessons held?
Lessons can be conducted in person or online, depending on the participant’s preference. Considering Istanbul traffic, we can hold lessons at a suitable space in your home or at your gym. For lessons that require equipment (gymnastics, apparatus Pilates, etc.), we select the nearest partnered studio and conduct the lesson there. The online lesson option is always available.
How long are the lessons?
Lessons usually last 60 minutes. The duration can be extended depending on the participant’s needs.
